The Production WebRTC Soft-Phone and AIVA Connect System will go under for scheduled maintenance on March 31, 2021 from 11:59pm CT – 3:00am CT.

While WebRTC is under maintenance, the phone will be unavailable.THIS DOES NOT IMPACT PREVIEW (BETA) WebRTC. Please log out of the system before the start of maintenance. If any users are logged in, they will be forcefully removed.

The following features have been added in this latest release:

Customizability Functionality to WebRTC Call Analytics Dashboard
Call Analytics Dashboard System Enhancements
Minor bug fixes
