*** THIS WILL NOT AFFECT ANY VOICE OR CLOUD SERVICES PROVIDED BY BLUIP. THESE UPGRADES ARE SPECIFIC TO HOSTED HOSPITALITY CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE JAZZWARE INTEGRATION***

On Wednesday, September 23rd, Jazzware will be performing database maintenance that will disable all Jazzware services for the duration of maintenance. Maintenance will begin at 1:00PM PST and last approximately 30 minutes.

In the event this maintenance fails we will fail back to the original configuration and restore services.

HOSPITALITY SERVICES THAT MAY BE AFFECTED DURING UPGRADE [APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES]:

- Provisioning at Check in/out
- MODIFICATIONS USING HOSPITALITY PORTAL
- Hospitality IVR’s – Maid Status, Wakeup Call
- Hospitality Alerts – Missed wakeup call, 911, etc.

Again, Maintenance will begin on September 23rd at 1:00PM PST and is expected to last approximately 30 MINUTES. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact BluIP Support at support@bluip.com.
