Broadsoft will be implementing a maintenance patch to the Jazz Fusion integration platform for bug resolution. There may be a slight interruption to the MySQL CDR Collection tool lasting approximately 5 minutes. This WILL NOT affect your ability to pull normal CDR data from Broadsoft.
