*** THIS WILL NOT AFFECT ANY VOICE OR CLOUD SERVICES PROVIDED BY BLUIP. THESE UPGRADES ARE SPECIFIC TO HOSTED HOSPITALITY CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE JAZZWARE INTEGRATION***

On January 26, Jazzware will be performing maintenance that intermittently disrupt services during maintenance. There will be a small outage during the upgrade lasting approximately 20 minutes. During the outage Jazz will not process checkins, name display, wakeup calls, call postings or room status updates. Total maintenance window will begin at 4:00PM PST and last approximately 2 Hours.
