*** THIS WILL NOT AFFECT ANY VOICE OR CLOUD SERVICES PROVIDED BY BLUIP. THESE UPGRADES ARE SPECIFIC TO HOSTED HOSPITALITY CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE JAZZWARE INTEGRATION***

On January 25, Jazzware will be performing maintenance that intermittently disrupt services during maintenance. There will be a small outage during the upgrade lasting approximately 5 minutes. During the outage Jazz will not process checkins, name display, wakeup calls, call postings or room status updates. Total maintenance window will begin at 4:00PM PST and last approximately 1 Hours.
