AIVA Connect Systems are scheduled maintenance on October 22, 2020 from 10:00pm PT –1:00 am PT. Maintenance will last approximately 3 hours.

***BluIP Voice Services will not be affected*** If you are not currently using the AIVA Connect ticketing system please disregard this maintenance notice.

While the AIVA Connect System is under maintenance, the tool will be unavailable. Please log out of the system before the start of maintenance. If any users are logged in, they will be forcefully removed.
If any new user tries to login, they will be redirected to launch their phone. Please use your BroadSoft credentials to login. If you have any questions or concerns please contact BluIP Support at support@bluip.com.
