BluIP Scheduled Maintenance – Reporting and Analytics

Please be aware that our Reporting Analytics server (https://analytics.bluip.com/) will be unavailable on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026 from 12:15AM to 1:15AM Pacific Time (late Monday night, September 28th).

During this time, all reporting analytics functionalities will be unavailable including Standard, Advanced, ACD Agent, Enterprise and any custom CDR reports as well as Dashboards for both desktop and mobile platforms.

This maintenance is necessary in order to apply the latest software patches and updates.

NOTE: Reporting data collection will not be affected during this upgrade. Reporting analytics/dashboards will be fully restored after maintenance has been completed.
