BluIP will be performing scheduled software maintenance to apply security patches and updates to its core mail servers. This work is part of our ongoing effort to strengthen the security posture, resilience, and long-term stability of the BluIP platform.
Maintenance Window: Start: Tuesday, 11/3/2026 at 8:00 PM PT End: Tuesday, 11/3/2026 at 10:00 PM PT Duration: Approximately 2 hours
Service Impact: No service disruption is anticipated due to the redundancy and high-availability architecture deployed across the BluIP environment.
Voice services and call processing will not be affected by these security updates, and all other customer-facing services are expected to remain fully operational throughout the maintenance window.
The BluIP Engineering Team will actively monitor all systems throughout the maintenance window to ensure continued operational stability.
