Get ready to elevate your experience with our latest AIVA Connect Client update! We've packed version 2.7.7 with new features and enhancements to streamline your communication and improve performance.
BluIP maintenance will begin on November 15th 2023 at 11:59PM PST and last approximately 2 hours. While AIVA is under maintenance, agent services will be unavailable. Please log out of the system before the start of maintenance. If any users are logged in, they may be forcefully removed.
What's New: • Enhanced Contacts Directory: You can now filter contacts by department, enjoy an unlimited number of entries, and see automatic avatars for contacts without custom images. • Improved Call Center Tools: Agents and admins will appreciate a new settings panel, dynamic statistics that adapt to your screen size, and avatars for an at-a-glance view of who’s who. • Smarter Call Management: Transfer calls with ease thanks to a redesigned contacts list in the transfer panel, complete with helpful indicators and the ability to filter by department. • Customizable ACD Menu: Tailor your Agent Call Distribution (ACD) menu to your liking and quickly see when you’re unavailable. • Profile and Dialer Updates: Your account information is now more detailed, including the queues you’re a part of. Plus, choosing an outbound caller ID is smoother than ever. • System Enhancements: We've greatly enhanced the performance, especially in synchronizing agent states and statuses. Also, note that agents won’t be able to set Do Not Disturb (DND) while in a queue, keeping everyone reachable when needed.
Fixes & Improvements: • We've squashed various bugs and fine-tuned the performance across the board to give you a seamless experience.
