BluIP will be upgrading the SBCs (Session Border Controller) in the LAX (Los Angeles) market to further utilize our high capacity backbone infrastructure. This will add additional capacity for our customers as well as expand redundancy and resiliency overall.

On October 10-11th, 2023 BluIP will be upgrading the SBCs located in our Los Angele Core. *** THIS WILL BE A SERVICE AFFECTING MAINTENANCE***.

Although redundancy is in place, users pointed to these market specific SBCs may intermittently experience service interruptions during maintenance hours [10:00 PM PST - 3:00AM PST]. Completed maintenance is expected to last approximately 3-6 hours.
