BluIP will be performing software maintenance and updates for the Recorder servers (Call Recording Platform). This will be a controlled maintenance but there may be a momentary interruption to recordings during this time. Portal access at https://recorder.masteraccess.com will be unavailable for approximately 15-30 minutes.
