Attention valued BluIP customers.

Please be aware that our Reporting Analytics server (Akixi ONLY) will be unavailable on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 10:00PM - 12:00PM Pacific Time.

During this time, all reporting analytics functionalities will be unavailable including Standard, Advanced, ACD Agent, Enterprise and any custom CDR reports as well as Dashboards for both desktop and mobile platforms.

This maintenance is necessary to bring about new powerful features to our reporting analytics platform.

Here are just some of sample enhancements you can expect post-upgrade depending on your reporting level.

- Reporting Enhancements
- Custom Caller Descriptions
- Reporting users can tag custom descriptions against external callers directly from the Historic Call List report.
- Report Style Name Changes
- When creating and modifying reports, report styles have been updated with new names and categorized under relevant sub-categories.
- Basic and Advanced Report Configuration-
- When creating a new report or modifying an existing report, Reporting Users can select between Basic or Advanced settings.
- UI Drag and Drop
- When maintaining the Akixi reporting repository, users can use drag and drop functionality along with keyboard shortcuts to simplify management of user report libraries.
- Remove Repeat Callers
- Reporting users can remove repeat abandoned calls from the same number, to help reduce the number of call records on report styles such as the Unreturned Lost Calls report.
- Insights Dashboard Enhancements
- The Insights Dashboard has been modified to display only external inbound call statistics from the previous 30 days.
- Report Recycle Bin
- Reporting Users can recover deleted reports from the Report Recycle Bin, preventing them from permanently losing reports that are accidentally deleted.
- Calls By Day of Week Report type
- The Calls by Day of Week report type is an interval report showcasing each day of the week – this provides measurable trend analysis on a day-by-day basis. A custom timeframe can be set against the report (e.g. a month) to identify activity occurring each day of the week. This allows Reporting Users to easily see which days are commonly busier than others or which day of the week calls are more likely to be missed.
Calls Transferred In/Out Metric
- Transferred In and Out metrics can be added to a number of Reports, allowing Reporting Users to easily measure the number and percentage of calls that are manually transferred between devices.
- Abandoned Threshold Metrics
- Abandoned Threshold Metrics can be reported on to measure the quantity and percentage of abandoned calls that occur within custom set duration thresholds

NOTE: Reporting data collection will be unaffected during this upgrade and reporting analytics/dashboards will be fully restored after maintenance has been completed.
